Student Solutions Analyst I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Execute operational tasks across a variety of student services processes, ensuring effective resolution, quality, and timely management of student inquiries.

• Engage in the manual review process, evaluating submitted documents in line with departmental protocols.

• Assist team leaders and analysts with operational tasks related to workflows.

• Precisely document case management and resolutions in the systems, guaranteeing traceability of services.

• Refer nonstandard cases or those needing input from other departments to the team leader.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Experience in customer-facing roles.

• Familiarity with operational systems.

• Availability to work Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., including a 1-hour and 12-minute break.
