Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Collaborate within a cross-functional team of analysts, developers, and designers to deliver product features.

• Explore potential solutions and evaluate them for both technical and business viability.

• Work in close partnership with the Product Manager, Development team, IT, external stakeholders, and end-users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction.

• Analyze requirements and establish use cases and functional requirements for the software.

• Create and maintain functional and technical documentation of business processes related to support, configuration, and maintenance of the solution.

• Conduct requirements management, including prioritization, traceability, verification, and validation.

• Manage the backlog and facilitate as necessary.

• Oversee test implementation, collect user feedback, and suggest functional enhancements.

• Choose and implement essential tools, technologies, and techniques.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience.

• Proven experience in producing solution artifacts, such as UML, Use Cases, Business Rules, and Functional & Non-Functional Specifications.

• Solid understanding of Scrum methodology and the role of a Business Analyst within the Scrum framework.

• Good grasp of web standards, protocols, messaging protocols, and data formats (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, HTTP, FTP, TCP, etc.).

• Strong comprehension of SDLC principles.

• Familiarity with CI/CD principles and tools.

• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.

• Strong analytical and systems thinking abilities.

• A team player with a demonstrated capability to work across various functions.

• Ability to navigate ambiguity effectively.

• Experience with data sources such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or MS SQL servers.

• Understanding and experience with SOA, DDD, monolith architecture, and design patterns.

• Experience in designing RESTful APIs.

• Basic knowledge of mobile development technologies.

• Experience in integration projects.

• Proficient in the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence).
