Senior Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.

📋 Description

• Collect, analyze, and document business requirements.

• Convert business needs into user stories, requirements, and epics.

• Assist in project initiation, effort estimation, and defining solutions.

• Lead workshops, requirement clarification sessions, and stakeholder meetings.

• Collaborate with Project Managers, Architects, Developers, and business stakeholders.

• Take ownership of and maintain requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

• Manage documentation within Jira and Confluence.

• Track scope changes and evaluate their effects on project delivery.

• Aid in risk, dependency, and issue management.

• Contribute to the design of data models and solution definitions.

• Assist in UX/UI discussions and create low-fidelity wireframes as needed.

• Encourage the effective use of AI tools and agents.

• Mentor and coach junior consultants.

• Help develop internal training and consulting best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be based in Czechia.

• Proficient spoken and written English communication skills (B2/C1).

• University degree in any field; a degree in computer science or business administration is preferred.

• Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly in DOC, XLS, PPT, and MPP.

• Practical knowledge and experience in Agile project management using Scrum.

• Capability to present ideas in both business-friendly and user-friendly terms.

• Excellent negotiation skills and emotional intelligence.

• Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative setting.

• Skills to comprehend and collaborate on UX/UI matters.

• Competence in preparing at least low-fidelity wireframes for UI components.

• Proficient in effectively utilizing AI tools and agents.

• Background in senior-level business consulting experience.
