This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the discovery and analysis efforts that support the growth of Lilly Direct.
• Elicit, analyze, validate, prioritize, and document business, functional, nonfunctional, process, and data requirements.
• Document the business rationale, assumptions, dependencies, impacts, risks, and projected outcomes for proposed changes.
• Define and document data, including its business purpose, source, ownership, usage, quality expectations, and traceability.
• Create current-state and future-state process models, data models, workflows, use cases, decision documentation, requirements specifications, and other supporting artifacts.
• Facilitate workshops and working sessions with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Translate complex business and technical information into clear documentation for diverse audiences.
• Maintain requirements traceability while supporting backlog refinement, acceptance criteria, change control, testing, implementation readiness, and post-launch validation.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Agile delivery teams to sequence work, clarify requirements, and support value-driven prioritization.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend data-informed solutions.
• Ensure that documentation remains up-to-date, controlled, reviewable, and suitable for decision-making and audit or compliance needs.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Analysis or a related field.
• 10 or more years of experience as a Business Analyst, including senior-level responsibility for complex initiatives.
• Proven experience within the direct-to-consumer digital pharmacy industry.
• Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality business, process, requirements, and data documentation.
• Experience working across business, digital product, technology, data, and delivery teams.
• Proficiency in Jira is required.
• Professional proficiency in both written and spoken English is essential.
• Strong skills in documentation and requirements traceability.
• Expertise in stakeholder analysis, requirements elicitation, process mapping, data modeling, use cases, user stories, acceptance criteria, and traceability.
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, facilitate discussions, constructively challenge assumptions, and drive decisions to closure.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery practices.
• Experience with common documentation, process modeling, backlog management, and collaboration tools.
