This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Analyze and collect client requirements along with relevant information and data.
• Enhance configurations, train clients, optimize business processes, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Serve as a liaison among pension clients, business teams, technology sectors, IT departments, service providers, and programmers.
• Analyze, validate, and document both business and system requirements.
• Support technology solutions that are in line with enterprise architecture.
• Design, modify, and develop business processes aimed at business transformation solutions.
• Provide input for improving efficiency and processes.
• Maintain client relationships and offer daily support throughout system development and implementation.
• Attend client status meetings, preparing reports and meeting notes.
• Manage multiple clients while prioritizing tasks effectively.
• Participate in upgrade and new implementation initiatives.
• Estimate and provide quotes for work with programmers.
• Conduct JAD sessions to gather business requirements.
• Deliver client training.
• Analyze pension needs and requests for system modifications, enhancements, and error corrections.
• Propose solutions and document functional specifications alongside programmers.
• Review plan documents and prepare or peer-review specifications.
• Draft release notes and update delivery documents as necessary.
• Assist with monthly support and maintenance updates.
• Set up client and plan rules within CPAS v5 products with assistance.
• Ensure compliance with legislative requirements and accuracy standards.
• Develop quality assurance standards and programs for client installations.
• Maintain problem logs and create test plans.
• Test templates, custom work, and defect resolutions.
• Enter and update defects in the CPAS Quality system.
• Support upselling and configuration of additional CPAS functionalities.
• Contribute to client invoicing through accurate tracking within the CPAS Quality system.
• A minimum of 5–7 years of experience in Canadian pension or benefit-related fields.
• At least 5–7 years of experience as a systems analyst.
• A university degree or equivalent qualification.
• Designation or substantial experience/knowledge in pension plan administration (DB and/or DC).
• Completion of relevant pension education courses, such as PPAC or CEBS.
• Business Analyst Certification.
• Familiarity with systems/application development.
• Strong client management skills.
• Leadership and management abilities.
• Willingness to travel as required.

• Strong interpersonal, facilitation/presentation, and negotiation capabilities.
