Senior Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Participate in a worldwide transformation initiative within the ASDM workstream.

• Evaluate and document the current-state (As-Is) ITSM processes across various regions.

• Collaborate with Incident Management, Request Fulfillment, Problem Management, Change Management, and Knowledge Management processes.

• Conduct interviews, meetings, and workshops to collect requirements, identify areas for improvement, map gaps, and comprehend regional specifics.

• Create L2 and L3 process maps, business requirements documentation, and functional specifications.

• Engage with business subject-matter experts (SMEs), workstream leaders, and program management to convert business needs into structured requirements.

• Advocate for process standardization and harmonization across regions while considering local needs and constraints.

• Facilitate consensus among stakeholders in a global, matrixed setting.

• Ensure integration and alignment with Service Desk, Hosting, Tech4Tech, and Digital Workplace.

• Assist the Workstream Lead and Project Manager in preparing presentations, documents, and other project artifacts.

• Encourage the adoption of new processes, practices, and working methods.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst in large-scale transformation initiatives and multinational firms, or experience in application development/SDLC with an understanding of PMO methodologies and project management.

• Strong analytical capabilities and experience in facilitating workshops and gathering requirements.

• Ability to convert business needs into structured requirements, functional documentation, and process designs.

• Experience working in dynamic environments with multiple stakeholders and a significant level of complexity.

• Comfortable navigating situations with frequent changes and unclear requirements.

• Practical knowledge of ServiceNow (SNOW) is advantageous.

• Previous experience as a Service Designer is beneficial.

• Experience with global operating model transformation projects, Shared Services Centers, or IT outsourcing is a plus.
