This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Process payments for medical and pharmacy claims from both paper and electronic EOBs on a daily basis.

• Reconcile accounts receivable and rectify any discrepancies or posting errors.

• Detect, assess, and resolve inaccuracies in claim postings and payments.

• Engage in discussions with client teams to gather and document requirements, as well as explore potential solutions.

• Analyze and document client business requirements and processes in accordance with established methodologies.

• Convey business requirements to technical staff.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or a related discipline; OR 3–5 years of experience in medical claims posting and reconciliation.

• Strong understanding of medical and pharmacy claims adjudication and Medicaid reclamation claims.

• Proficient in SQL with the capability to extract and analyze data from relational databases.

• Knowledge of PeopleSoft Finance or comparable enterprise financial systems.

• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities; capable of troubleshooting independently.

• Familiarity with FTP protocols and secure file transfer methods.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

• High attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities.

• Reliable internet connection.

• Video camera required for screenings, interviews, and the initial orientation week.
