This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Collect and document comprehensive requirements for Talent initiatives, encompassing SAP SuccessFactors modules and data integration requirements.
• Evaluate current Talent processes, pinpoint areas for enhancement, and propose solutions utilizing SAP SuccessFactors and other technologies.
• Design and execute data integration strategies alongside technical teams.
• Guarantee precise and secure data transmission between SAP SuccessFactors and other systems.
• Produce business requirement documents, process diagrams, use cases, and related documentation.
• Formulate test plans and scenarios, and carry out testing and validation procedures.
• Facilitate communication among business stakeholders, project teams, and technical specialists.
• Assist end-users in adapting to new systems and procedures.
• Identify and address project challenges and risks, escalating issues when necessary.
• Engage in ongoing initiatives aimed at enhancing process and system functionality.
• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• Additional certifications in business analysis or SAP SuccessFactors are advantageous.
• Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst with an emphasis on Talent systems, SAP SuccessFactors, and data integration.
• 5 to 8 years of industry experience, preferably within the Talent sector.
• Comprehensive understanding of Talent processes and functionalities of SAP SuccessFactors.
• Expertise in data integration methodologies, including data mapping, ETL processes, and API integrations.
• Exceptional analytical skills with the capability to convert business requirements into actionable technical specifications.
• Strong documentation abilities, encompassing requirement documents, process flows, and test plans.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management software tools and business analysis approaches.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality, accurate outcomes.
• A positive mindset, adaptability, and a desire for ongoing learning and growth.
• Capability to work virtually with global teams.
• Advanced conversational proficiency in English and Spanish is essential; candidates will be assessed.
• Foreign nationals residing in Mexico must possess a valid INE, CURP, NSS, and RFC.
