Senior Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Assist the Commercial team by providing data-driven insights and performance analysis to facilitate decision-making.

• Evaluate, enhance, and promote client acquisition and rewards initiatives on both supply and demand fronts.

• Establish and standardize methods for client referral programs.

• Examine the customer acquisition process and implement a cohesive client lifecycle framework along with common business definitions.

• Aid in the development, assessment, and organization-wide implementation of key performance indicators.

• Deliver sales forecasts and analyze commercial performance across various global markets.

• Compile quarterly sales projections for the routine business planning cycle.

• Define and execute metrics to assess commercial performance and track strategic initiatives.

• Anticipate, evaluate, and monitor new projects and campaigns driven by commercial operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in business analysis, commercial analytics, or a comparable role.

• Previous experience collaborating with commercial or sales teams in medium to large organizations is highly desirable.

• Proven hands-on proficiency with Tableau, Power BI, and SQL is essential.

• Experience in creating dashboards and converting business needs into effective visual reports.

• Industry experience in fintech, e-commerce, digital marketing, or digital technology is strongly preferred.

• Capability to work with commercial data, derive insights, and assist in strategic decision-making.

• Proficient in English - Advanced level.

• Fluent in Ukrainian (preferred but not mandatory).
