This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and sustain partnerships at the executive level across both business and technology domains.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to assess investment opportunities, create business cases, establish success metrics, and achieve business objectives.
• Oversee the strategy and execution of business analysis across various programs, portfolios, and enterprise initiatives.
• Provide strategic guidance for Epics, Features, and requirements documentation throughout their lifecycle.
• Direct complex requirements discovery, analysis, facilitation, and modeling across diverse business areas.
• Counsel leadership on prioritization, funding, resource distribution, value assessment, and portfolio trade-offs.
• Evaluate business cases, contracts, architectural documents, and program outputs for strategic, operational, and compliance alignment.
• Analyze operational, financial, and business performance metrics to uncover trends, risks, opportunities, and provide recommendations.
• Set estimates, funding assumptions, business value indicators, and outcome measurements for large-scale projects.
• Identify and manage enterprise-wide risks, dependencies, issues, and decision-making points.
• Deliver executive-level reporting, insights, and recommendations.
• Assist leaders in assessing business impacts, solution alternatives, trade-offs, and organizational change consequences.
• Promote the adoption of AI-driven tools, advanced analytics, automation, and innovative technologies.
• Establish, govern, and enhance business analysis methodologies, standards, tools, templates, and best practices.
• Lead and support transformation initiatives, organizational change activities, mergers and acquisitions, and modernization programs.
• Offer leadership, coaching, and mentoring to Business Analysts, Business Operations professionals, and project teams.
• Prepare and deliver strategic recommendations, business insights, and program outcomes to executive leadership and stakeholders.
• Perform additional job-related duties as assigned.
• Operate in a general office setting; travel is generally not required.
• A Bachelor's degree is required, though equivalent years of relevant work experience may be considered in place of formal education.
• A minimum of seven (7) years of progressive experience in business analysis, requirements management, or a related field is required.
• Relevant experience in the payer industry is necessary.
• Specific knowledge and experience in business domains, including regulatory reporting and compliance requirements, is required.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, JIRA, Modern Requirements, or similar business requirements management tools is essential.
• Familiarity with software development methodologies, including hybrid/agile approaches, is required.
• Expert understanding of business analysis methodologies, requirements management practices, SDLCs, and enterprise delivery frameworks is needed.
• Exceptional skills in strategic thinking, systems analysis, problem-solving, and decision-making are essential.
• Strong executive-level communication, facilitation, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities are required.
• Capability to lead multiple cross-functional teams, programs, and enterprise initiatives is necessary.
• Expertise in developing business cases, conducting investment analysis, evaluating ROI, and realizing value is essential.
• Advanced understanding of healthcare payer operations, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards is necessary.
• Ability to establish governance processes, standards, and organizational best practices is required.
• Experience in utilizing AI-driven tools, advanced analytics, and automation technologies is preferred.
• Proficient in analyzing and interpreting complex operational, financial, and performance data.
• Experience in supporting large-scale transformations, mergers and acquisitions, or organizational integration initiatives is preferred.
• IIBA, Six Sigma, ITIL, and/or Agile, Lean, SAFe certifications are preferred.
