Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Conduct thorough client discovery sessions.

• Analyze requirements, document business needs, identify challenges, and establish KPIs.

• Create detailed business cases and conduct market feasibility studies.

• Offer recommendations on customer loyalty strategies and provide customized solutions.

• Oversee the execution of loyalty programs utilizing GRAVTY® and ensure seamless integration with clients' current systems.

• Act as a liaison between stakeholders and project teams.

• Configure the SaaS platform to meet client requirements and manage support tickets.

• Deliver actionable insights and facilitate effective communication to guarantee project success.

• Design, deliver, and sustain training programs for client users.

• Manage project documentation and ensure adherence to established SLAs.

• Collaborate with product management to foster innovation and deliver product features.

• Develop product marketing materials, including white papers and presentations.

• Contribute to go-to-market strategies and ensure alignment of products with market trends and customer demands.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Up to 3 years of experience in client delivery within Business Analysis/Enterprise SaaS Product Implementation.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex datasets to derive insights and identify trends.

• Proficient in assessing and enhancing business processes.

• Capable of managing complex priorities and projects effectively under pressure.

• Detail-oriented with a meticulous approach to work.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal skills and a problem-solving attitude.

• Familiarity with digital transformation technologies and platforms.

• Trilingual proficiency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.

• Adaptability and resilience in a startup environment.

• Relevant experience in Member Experience, CX, or Loyalty SaaS implementation is advantageous.

• Certification in business analysis is considered an additional asset.

• Experience with scaled agile methodologies is a plus.

• Familiarity with various delivery methodologies is a beneficial qualification.

• Experience with tools such as Jira, Miro, and Asana is an added advantage.

• Knowledge of open-source technologies and emerging trends in machine learning, AI, big data, blockchain, and cloud infrastructure is a valuable qualification.
