Sales/Marketing Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct regular data analysis and engage in predictive analytics.

• Gather, cleanse, and interpret data from various sources.

• Produce and present insights derived from data to guide business decisions.

• Take part in designing data architecture and enhancing data process flows.

• Support internal management reporting initiatives.

• Execute predictive analytics on projects to aid business strategies.

• Assist in the establishment and maintenance of data governance and quality standards.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements.

• Effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.

• Address data-related issues and propose process enhancements.

• Adapt to and undertake additional tasks as needs evolve.

• May provide mentorship, guidance, support, and knowledge-sharing to junior team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in Business Analytics or a similar field.

• Proven experience in enhancing data process flows and designing data architecture.

• Demonstrated skills in data visualization, predictive analytics, and creating data-driven insights.

• Previous involvement in internal management reporting.

• Capability to visualize data and create insightful reports.

• Proficient in predictive analytics methodologies.

• Knowledge of data governance and quality principles.

• Strong understanding of internal management reporting and improvements in data process flows.

• Expertise in business requirements gathering, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder communication.

• Solid grasp of data architecture design principles.

• A relevant degree or equivalent experience is mandatory.

• Hands-on experience with Power BI or Tableau for building comprehensive dashboards is preferred.

• Experience in capturing Sales and/or Marketing analytics and translating them into data requirements is preferred.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical teams.

• Successful completion of a pre-employment background check and drug screening is required.
