Senior Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Acts as the technically knowledgeable representative for L21s, bridging the gap between business units.

• Holds an in-depth understanding of clients' operations.

• Works in partnership with clients to establish system requirements.

• Functions effectively in a fast-paced startup environment characterized by minimal hierarchy.

• Addresses client-specific challenges utilizing approaches from strategic management consulting.

• Engages thoroughly with client subjects to cultivate expert-level knowledge.

• Formulates business requirements and technical concepts in a manner that is accessible to all stakeholders.

• Evolves alongside L21s, gradually embracing greater responsibilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business-oriented discipline.

• Relevant degrees may include Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Management with a focus on IT.

• A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in consulting or a related role.

• Preferred: Some experience in employee management.

• Strong technical skills and comprehension of business needs and technical concepts.

• Enthusiasm for engaging deeply with client matters and developing specialized knowledge.

• Ability to present business requirements and technical concepts in a clear manner.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to grow alongside L21s and assume greater responsibilities.
