This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Spearhead the organization’s top-priority, cross-functional initiatives focused on process improvement and transformation from the identification of opportunities through to implementation and realization of benefits.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to identify, prioritize, and execute strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing growth, operational efficiency, customer and employee experience, quality, and financial performance.
• Formulate long-term strategies for process transformation that align with organizational goals and future business requirements.
• Design future-oriented business processes, operating models, workflows, governance structures, controls, roles, and performance metrics.
• Assess organizational performance and pinpoint opportunities to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, scalability, risk management, and customer outcomes.
• Conduct both quantitative and qualitative analyses to uncover trends, performance deficiencies, root causes, and avenues for improvement.
• Perform financial, operational, risk, and business impact analyses to support strategic recommendations and investment decisions.
• Leverage operational and financial metrics, predictive analysis, benchmarking, and statistical methods for informed decision-making.
• Lead diagnostic and process engineering initiatives utilizing value stream mapping, process mapping, capacity modeling, time studies, workflow analysis, simulation, root cause analysis, and statistical analysis.
• Employ Lean Six Sigma, process reengineering, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Convert complex business and analytical insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Develop implementation strategies, project governance frameworks, success metrics, and executive reporting structures.
• Oversee implementation efforts and conduct post-implementation reviews to ensure sustainable outcomes and realization of benefits.
• Create and facilitate training programs designed to enhance organizational capabilities in process improvement.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Over 8 years of experience in process improvement or process reengineering.
• Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification is required.
• Experience in data collection, research and analytics, problem identification, and presenting solution recommendations.
• Proficiency in financial and risk analysis, along with making recommendations and preparing business cases, including cost-benefit analysis.
• Extensive knowledge of project planning techniques and methodologies, as well as a broad understanding of other disciplines within the function.
• Familiarity with business process analytics using Excel, flowcharting, activity diagrams, and workflow models.
• Advanced capability in employing process improvement methodologies including Six Sigma, Lean, statistics, data analysis, and change leadership methodologies.
• Competence in documenting, proposing, negotiating, and presenting approaches and solutions.
• Strong analytical skills and an understanding of the business to translate business needs into process, IT, or other solutions.
• Ability to conceptualize and create plans for future business outcomes and transformations.
• Proven experience utilizing tracking, reporting, and process mapping tools.
• Strong skills in conflict management, influence, change management, and coaching.
• Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals or groups at all levels of the organization.
