This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.
• Provide support to the Government client's Program Manager for PMW-200 Aviation Logistics Information Technology.
• Assist the Business Office and executive leadership with managerial and financial analysis as well as presentations.
• Develop and maintain financial reports utilizing Microsoft Excel.
• Review, prepare, and coordinate documents such as charts, reports, memorandums, and emails for signature or collaboration.
• Aid in special projects and offer administrative and logistical support for workshops, conferences, and symposiums.
• Create and uphold filing systems in accordance with the Naval Correspondence Manual, including document control.
• Execute SharePoint Online tasks, which include creating document libraries, uploading files, adding users, and setting permissions.
• Develop and sustain task-tracking systems.
• Utilize and maintain databases and information systems.
• Review and reconcile data.
• Generate reports from informational databases using standard parameters or special queries.
• Enter startup or closeout information for projects.
• Evaluate technical analysis and research for the development and maintenance of Total Cost of Ownership models.
• Carry out additional responsibilities as directed by the leadership.
• Must be a United States Citizen.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Capability to obtain Secret Clearance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products, particularly Excel.
• Mastery of advanced Excel functions including INDEX/MATCH, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, IFS, LET, and array formulas.
• Understanding of dynamic arrays and structured references.
• Ability to construct multi-step calculations, conditional logic, and manage error handling.
• Experience in creating and managing PivotTables and PivotCharts.
• Familiarity with Power Query for data cleaning, transformation, and integration.
• Experience with Power Pivot for relational data modeling and DAX functions.
• Capacity to create interactive dashboards with slicers, timelines, and dynamic filters.
• Proficient in using charts, sparklines, and conditional formatting.
• Ability to identify process inefficiencies and design effective Excel solutions.
• Skill in optimizing formulas and layouts for enhanced speed and accuracy.
• Ability to share and protect workbooks efficiently.
• Capability to explain complex Excel models and dashboards to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficient in documenting processes and formulas.
• Ability to adapt focus, modify schedules, and solve problems to meet changing work demands.
• Capacity to work independently, manage multiple competing priorities, and collaborate effectively as a team player.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Ability to undergo an extensive background investigation, including financial history review, nationwide criminal record search, and credit check.
• Flexibility in work hours as project demands arise.
• Ability to remain in a stationary computer position for extended durations.
• Proficient in typing and using a computer.
• Preferred: Experience working with the Department of Defense.
• Preferred: Experience utilizing Artificial Intelligence for data analysis and presentation.
• Preferred: Project Management experience.
• Preferred: Master’s Degree in business.
• Preferred: Secret clearance.
• Minimal travel required (less than 5%).
