Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee KPIs for digital platforms, ensuring data accuracy and visibility into outcomes.

• Organize studies, analyses, and reports to assist in real-time business decision-making.

• Take ownership of official reports, presenting data and narrating the story behind the figures.

• Advise the business team using insights drawn from data and analysis.

• Create action plans and initiatives alongside the business team.

• Facilitate strategic project governance meetings and set agendas.

• Ensure that stakeholders implement action plans and initiatives effectively.

• Conduct analyses of intra-funnel behaviors and business hypotheses across web and mobile applications.

• Interpret users’ technical and behavioral pathways to enhance conversion rates.

• Streamline reporting and analyses through automation, minimizing manual tasks.

• Develop AI agents to oversee reporting routines.

• Transform data into actionable business decisions for Product and Engineering teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in advanced SQL, able to extract and manipulate substantial data sets in BigQuery and Databricks independently.

• Skilled in data visualization tools, particularly Data Studio.

• Familiarity with GPT-4, Gemini, or Claude language models for automating analyses, summarizing data, and expediting scripting tasks.

• Advanced skills in Excel/Sheets.

• Strong practical understanding of Digital Analytics, Web Analytics, and Product Analytics.

• Knowledgeable about user journeys, retention, conversion, and cohort analysis.

• Proficient in Amplitude or similar event-based tools.

• Capable of analyzing complex funnels and ensuring the consistency and taxonomy of tags/events.
