Junior Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Evaluate business operations, including the policies and procedures related to personnel, acquisition, inventory, property, and material management.

• Assist in the development and execution of the Enterprise Risk Management framework for audit-related tasks.

• Examine Notices of Findings and Recommendations and collaborate with stakeholders on remediation strategies.

• Detect deficiencies and risks in financial statements and conduct root-cause analyses to formulate comprehensive recommendations.

• Evaluate business processes and system controls.

• Support the implementation of management solutions, which includes creating training programs.

• Provide advice and support to the Defense Logistics Agency in maintaining compliance for fully auditable financial statement reporting.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of one year of experience in analyzing program operations, data, or performance metrics.

• At least one year of experience in supporting strategic planning, risk assessments, or program tracking.

• A minimum of one year of experience in assisting with policy execution, credentialing programs, or process enhancements.

• At least one year of experience in coordinating with stakeholders and facilitating documentation, reporting, or compliance reviews.

• US citizenship is mandatory.

• Must be able to successfully pass a background investigation.

• May be subject to a credit check based on the role and/or federal government security clearance requirements.
