This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collect business requirements to assist the Development Team in crafting and executing solutions.
• Supervise and provide technical guidance to internal resources as necessary.
• Engage in technical discussions concerning D365 and application integrations.
• Document functional requirements for custom development initiatives.
• Collaborate with IT functional teams as well as business units.
• Aid in technical application upgrades and the introduction of new services.
• Offer daily D365 business support and handle service desk ticket inquiries.
• Assist in designing, implementing, and supporting user security for the D365 application.
• Support auditing and user security reporting requirements.
• Keep track of scheduled service outages and feature releases from Microsoft.
• Organize testing, training, and support efforts with IT and business stakeholders.
• Facilitate application integrations with other systems and processes.
• Collaborate with IT Project Managers on substantial projects.
• Independently manage and execute small IT projects.
• Create solution presentations with input from cross-functional teams.
• Assist with application quality assurance and coordinate end-user testing.
• Carry out additional duties as required.
• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and training.
• Over 2 years of experience in supporting and delivering ERP technical solutions.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
• Basic understanding of process documentation generation.
• Strong organizational skills, including meticulous attention to detail and multitasking capabilities.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Availability to work Eastern Time hours, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM ET.
• Willingness to be on-call and work outside of regular business hours as needed.
• Ability to travel, if required, to other remote locations, including internationally.
• Experience with large-scale ERP implementations, software development life cycles, and IT operations is preferred.
• Preferred experience working closely with software development teams.
• Background in manufacturing, supply chain, and logistics industries is preferred.
• Experience with EDI is a plus.
• Bilingual in Spanish is advantageous.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship.
• Fully remote work arrangement.
• On-call duties with the ability to work outside regular business hours as required by business needs.
• Opportunity to travel to other remote sites, including internationally, if necessary.
