This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in Medicaid DDI programs and the onboarding process to enhance Provider Plus functionalities.
• Convert client policies, business processes, and implementation requirements into clear, testable specifications.
• Drive requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and comprehensive traceability throughout provider enrollment, screening, portals, integrations, data conversion, reporting, and operational readiness.
• Transform contracts, RFPs, policies, and business rules into process models, epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, interface requirements, data mappings, and implementation strategies.
• Collaborate with product, architecture, engineering, QA, security, data, and implementation teams on a multi-tenant, cloud-native solution.
• Aid in functional-parity analysis, configuration profiles, feature flags, source-to-target mapping, reconciliation, cutover, rollback, and release-impact assessments.
• Define and validate business requirements for APIs, events, batch processes, and file-based operations, including error handling, auditability, monitoring, and privacy and security standards.
• Utilize Azure DevOps or similar ALM tools to oversee requirements, decisions, risks, dependencies, defects, and test documentation.
• Integrate domain analysis with AI-assisted methods while ensuring human review, traceability, privacy, and quality controls.
• A minimum of 6 years in business analysis or large-scale technology implementations.
• At least three years of experience in Medicaid, Medicare, MMIS/MES, or regulated healthcare is preferred.
• Proficient in advanced Excel and SQL.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, Visio, or similar tools.
• Excellent facilitation, analytical, process-reengineering, written communication, and stakeholder-management abilities.
• Openness to work a flexible schedule to meet business requirements and travel as necessary.
