Senior Business Analyst

📋 Description

• Collect, analyze, and document comprehensive business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.

• Implement Agile methodologies to support iterative and adaptive planning processes.

• Offer insights into the Financial Services sector regarding best practices, compliance, and regulatory requirements.

• Evaluate and enhance business workflows and process flows.

• Execute data mapping and data flow analysis.

• Facilitate integration among various systems, ensuring effective data transfer and interoperability.

• Collaborate with transactional systems to align them with business goals.

• Articulate complex technical concepts clearly in written and spoken English.

• Work collaboratively in a distributed team environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst within the Financial Services sector.

• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and experience within Agile teams.

• In-depth understanding of workflow and process flow analysis.

• Skilled in data mapping and data flow analysis.

• Experience with system integration across different platforms.

• Knowledge of transactional systems and their functionalities.

• Exceptional English language proficiency (both written and verbal).

• Experience in the US Mortgage industry is a plus.
