Senior Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico.

📋 Description

• Report directly to the Digital Solutions Lead.

• Convert client and stakeholder requirements into well-defined business needs and actionable insights.

• Collaborate with digital and engineering teams across both regional and global levels.

• Analyze data, identify opportunities, and present findings through structured narratives.

• Gather requirements for digital products while ensuring consistency with business objectives and user needs.

• Transform business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.

• Work alongside product managers, designers, and developers throughout the delivery lifecycle.

• Evaluate current processes to pinpoint areas for improvement or automation.

• Contribute to solution design by balancing user needs with technical constraints and business objectives.

• Oversee testing, validation, and user acceptance processes.

• Define and refine user requirements for systems currently in production.

• Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and workflows.

• Design and implement innovative digital solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

• Develop and maintain business requirements, functional specifications, and process flow diagrams.

• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights, resolve conflicts, and build consensus among stakeholders.

• Monitor and analyze KPIs to assess solution success and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

• Lead business analysis workstreams on complex digital initiatives.

• Manage stakeholder expectations, project scope, competing priorities, requirements, dependencies, and decision-making processes.

• Promote alignment on objectives, requirements, and success metrics for digital products and change initiatives.

• Suggest applications of emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance business operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within digital or technology-focused projects.

• Strong communication skills for engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience in crafting user stories, requirements, and process flows.

• Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery environments.

• An analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail and effective problem-solving abilities.

• Confidence in facilitating discussions and posing the right questions.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changes seamlessly.

• Detail-oriented approach.

• Capacity to adjust to new challenges and subject matters.

• Proactive and forward-thinking mindset.

• Knowledge of Domain Driven Design and Domain Story Telling.
