Senior Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Analyze, design, and develop technical concepts for innovative IT solutions with an emphasis on banking and payments.

• Offer advisory and technical support to our clients throughout the conceptual development phase.

• Provide guidance to clients on platform ecosystems, digital transformation, and potential AI applications.

• Serve as the liaison between client-side Product Owners and internal development teams.

• Identify and assess new technologies.

• Model processes and maintain documentation.

• Utilize tools such as Confluence, JIRA, Miro, Slack, and Microsoft Office.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in German at a business level.

• Strong command of English.

• Completed university degree and/or vocational training (e.g., Business Informatics, Economics, or other relevant fields).

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in business analysis, project management, Product Owner roles, or related positions.

• Several years of substantial experience in agile work environments, including Scrum.

• Strong skills in gathering, managing, and presenting requirements.

• Extensive experience working as an intermediary between clients and development teams.

• Willingness to adopt modern tools in daily work, including AI-assisted technologies.

• Capacity to provide innovative recommendations to our clients.

• Outstanding and highly developed communication skills.
