This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
β’ Take ownership of Highland's content engine from narrative creation and concept development to production, launch, and repurposing across various channels.
β’ Create and manage the content calendar to ensure a cohesive message is communicated across all platforms.
β’ Collaborate with the Creative Director on video and photo shoots featuring Team USA athletes, customer events, and testimonials, overseeing planning, logistics, and execution.
β’ Oversee content review and approval processes, ensuring compliance with customer, legal, and sponsorship requirements.
β’ Administer the content library to facilitate future activations and enable sales support.
β’ Lead integrated brand campaigns from briefing and creative development through to launch, optimization, and reporting.
β’ Execute Highland's LA28 Olympic & Paralympic activation in collaboration with both internal and external teams.
β’ Enhance the LA28 partnership to boost brand awareness, generate demand, and engage customers while adhering to USOPP/IOC compliance standards.
β’ Develop local activation and co-marketing initiatives with school districts, from ribbon-cutting ceremonies to community activities.
β’ Act as a steward of the Highland brand across every channel and interaction point.
β’ Bring Highland's brand strategy to life through campaigns, content, and activations.
β’ Collaborate with leadership on thought leadership initiatives and stakeholder advocacy opportunities.
β’ Convert Highland's Electrification-as-a-Service offerings and product capabilities into distinct positioning and messaging.
β’ Create messaging frameworks and value propositions that link product features to customer outcomes.
β’ Manage product-related sales materials, including presentations, one-pagers, and conversational guides.
β’ Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, making adjustments to achieve and exceed KPIs.
β’ Interpret performance data into actionable recommendations for future brand and product marketing investments.
β’ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
β’ Over 7 years of experience in brand, content, and/or product marketing.
β’ Proven success in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns, particularly those supporting high-profile sponsorships.
β’ Extensive experience managing content production from start to finish, including briefing creatives and directing agencies and production teams.
β’ Background in developing product positioning, messaging, and sales enablement materials that link products or services to customer outcomes.
β’ Demonstrated capability to lead cross-functional initiatives encompassing content, digital, paid media, events, and public relations.
β’ Previous experience with sponsorship activations and major brand events is preferred.
β’ Exceptional communication, project management, and stakeholder management abilities.
β’ Proficiency in distilling complex information into compelling benefits, messaging, and presentations.
β’ Experience in B2B or public sector marketing is advantageous.
