Senior Blue Yonder Dispatcher, WMS Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Assist in the support, customization, and development of a live Warehouse Management System (WMS) environment.

• Diagnose technical issues and deliver production support.

• Create functionalities based on PL/SQL.

• Collaborate with warehouse business users.

• Execute client-specific enhancements for WMS.

• Design and maintain reporting using JasperReports / Jaspersoft.

• Manage merge rules and RF / RDT workflows.

• Facilitate the transition of application changes through testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and production environments.

• Support various warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, replenishment, picking, packing, and dispatch.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience with Blue Yonder Dispatcher, JDA Dispatcher, or RedPrairie Dispatcher.

• Proficient in Oracle SQL and advanced PL/SQL programming.

• Proven experience in troubleshooting technical issues.

• Background in developing functionalities using PL/SQL.

• Experience collaborating with warehouse business stakeholders.

• Proven ability to safely implement application changes into production.

• Familiarity with client-specific enhancements for WMS.

• Experience utilizing JasperReports / Jaspersoft for reporting purposes.

• Understanding of merge rules.

• Knowledge of RF / RDT workflows.

• Experience managing transitions for test, UAT, and production migrations.

• Knowledge of warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, replenishment, picking, packing, and dispatch.
