Senior Bilingual Recruiter – Spanish/English

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Conduct comprehensive intake sessions with hiring managers to establish position criteria.

• Supply pertinent market insights and recommendations.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and departments to create and oversee recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies.

• Assess candidate profiles in relation to position requirements.

• Present strong candidate slates and cultivate talent pipelines.

• Maintain candidate engagement by providing timely updates on progress.

• Work alongside hiring leaders to finalize offer details based on market data and compensation guidelines.

• Guide Recruiters and other team members through mentorship.

• Serve as a brand ambassador for clients and offer consultative talent acquisition expertise throughout the recruitment process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Extensive recruiting experience with proven success in a corporate, RPO, or agency environment.

• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media platforms.

• Understanding of Human Resources principles, practices, and talent acquisition metrics.

• Bilingual in Spanish and English.

• Excellent sourcing skills.
