Senior Benefits Operations Analyst – Financial Wellbeing, Leaves, Income Protection

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Supervise the daily management of retirement, financial wellbeing, and income protection plans in North America to ensure operational excellence and adherence to regulations.

• Act as the main process owner for U.S. and Canadian Leave of Absence (LOA) programs, coordinating FMLA, disability, state/provincial PFML, and ADA accommodations.

• Oversee the performance of third-party vendors, tracking SLAs and data accuracy to remove administrative challenges for employees.

• Evaluate usage trends and operational metrics through dashboards to identify barriers and enhance program delivery.

• Manage employee-facing intranet communications and provide practical guidance to managers regarding leave policies and return-to-work procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in benefits administration, compliance, and management of LOA programs within North American markets.

• In-depth knowledge of benefit operations, including payroll integrations, arrears processing, and audit workflows within platforms such as Workday and ServiceNow.

• Proven ability to navigate complex leave requirements, state/provincial compliance, and strategies for return-to-work accommodations.

• Demonstrated skill in managing vendor relationships and collaborating effectively in matrixed HR environments.

• Outstanding communication skills with a proven history of translating intricate compliance requirements into clear, actionable resources for employees.
