Senior Backend Integration Developer, Java

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Conceive, implement, and sustain backend services for the Aggregation Platform

• Facilitate smooth integrations between game providers and operators

• Develop and refine API-first solutions tailored for scalable, high-performance, and business-critical systems

• Write secure, maintainable, and high-quality code adhering to engineering best practices

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to devise integration solutions and enhance platform architecture

• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automation of deployments, and the adoption of DevOps practices

• Engage in architectural discussions

• Consistently enhance platform reliability, scalability, and performance

• Support Agile development methodologies and participate in technical decision-making across the team

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in backend software development with a strong emphasis on API-first solutions

• More than 5 years of experience in constructing and maintaining high-availability, business-critical applications

• Strong expertise in Java and adeptness in crafting clean, secure, and high-performance code

• Practical experience with PostgreSQL and cloud platforms, ideally Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

• Familiarity with DevOps practices, such as Continuous Integration (CI), automated deployment processes, and test automation

• Experience in Agile development settings

• Excellent communication skills with English proficiency at B2 level or above

• Knowledge of Enterprise Integration Patterns (EIP)

• Experience in designing scalable software architectures

• Familiarity with AI-driven development tools to enhance productivity and software quality
