Senior Backend Engineer – Customer Focus Group

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Connect engineering efforts with the commercial aspects of the product within the Customer Focus Group (CFG)

• Convert customer requirements into product specifications

• Develop new features

• Address urgent technical challenges

• Participate in development, architecture, and product-related tasks

• Emphasize infrastructure, performance, and customer satisfaction

• Engage directly with customers

⛳️ Requirements

• Expertise in backend architecture including microservices, API design, and design patterns

• Proficiency in Node.js / TypeScript (or other pertinent backend languages)

• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, particularly in scaling systems for high-volume data processing

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and their services such as serverless computing and managed databases

• Over 5 years of backend development experience, focusing on customer-centric solutions

• Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a history of delivering performant, scalable solutions

• Knowledge of agile development methodologies and CI/CD pipelines

• Strong collaboration and communication skills with globally distributed teams

• Understanding of security / AppSec (preferred)

• Experience in customer-facing or pre-sales technical roles (preferred)

• Background in bridging product and engineering teams (preferred)
