Senior Backend Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Design and develop robust, secure backend systems.

• Create infrastructure that supports the company's scalable B2B SaaS cybersecurity platform.

• Assist in securing the software development lifecycle, encompassing source code, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud runtime environments.

• Collaborate with the Engineering team and elite engineers.

• Tackle intricate technical challenges in a dynamic environment.

• Produce clean, maintainable, and efficient code.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.

• Over 5 years of experience in backend development.

• Strong expertise in building scalable, production-grade systems.

• Proficient in Node.js.

• Experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms and microservices architecture.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.

• A passion for writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code.

• Bonus: Experience in cybersecurity or developing security-focused products.

• Bonus: Experience in startup or high-growth settings.

• Bonus: Knowledge of DevSecOps / SDLC tools.

• Bonus: Experience with distributed systems and high-scale data processing.
