Senior Backend Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Design and develop secure, high-performance backend systems.

• Create infrastructure that supports the company’s B2B SaaS cybersecurity platform on a large scale.

• Play a role in enhancing the security of the software development lifecycle, encompassing source code and CI/CD pipelines to cloud runtime environments.

• Collaborate with the Engineering team and elite engineers.

• Tackle intricate technical challenges in a dynamic environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.

• Over 5 years of experience in backend development.

• Extensive experience in developing scalable, production-quality systems.

• Proficiency in Node.js.

• Experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms and microservices architecture.

• Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.

• A passion for writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code.

• Experience in cybersecurity or in developing security-oriented products (preferred).

• Experience in startup or high-growth settings (preferred).

• Familiarity with DevSecOps / SDLC tools (preferred).

• Experience with distributed systems and processing high-scale data (preferred).
