This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Design and sustain messaging consumers utilizing .NET and Azure Functions.
• Create and uphold REST APIs and system integrations.
• Operate within an event-driven microservices environment featuring multiple systems and integrations.
• Engage in deployments and operations across Kubernetes clusters and Microsoft Azure resources.
• Analyze and resolve issues in dead-letter queues (DLQs), messaging challenges, and inconsistencies among systems.
• Connect systems via REST APIs and asynchronous events.
• Examine and rectify problems in distributed and production settings.
• Troubleshoot pods, logs, scaling, and rollbacks within Kubernetes.
• Collaborate with several interdependent microservices and intricate business rules.
• Contribute to CI/CD workflows and deployment processes.
• Leverage artificial intelligence as a productivity enhancer throughout the development lifecycle, including code generation, analysis, debugging, and automation.
• Debug complete flows, from the event to the consumer, external API, and database.
• Work alongside the team to discuss and outline technical solutions.
• Extensive experience with C# / .NET Core 6+.
• Proficient in developing REST APIs.
• Familiarity with Git, branching methodologies, code reviews, and CI/CD processes.
• Experience with SQL Server or a comparable relational database.
• Background in unit and integration testing.
• Practical experience with artificial intelligence tools in software development, such as KIRO or similar applications.
• Proficient in Microsoft Azure, notably Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus, Blob Storage, and Application Insights.
• Knowledgeable in Kubernetes, including deployment processes, pod troubleshooting, scaling, rollbacks, and log analysis.
• Experienced in CI/CD practices using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with messaging and event technologies, utilizing Azure Service Bus, RabbitMQ, SQS, or equivalent systems.
• Understanding of queues, topics, dead-letter queues (DLQs), and retry mechanisms.
• Experience with Kafka or similar technology for event production and consumption.
• Knowledge of event-driven architecture, encompassing idempotency, ordering, DLQs, and replay mechanisms.
• Comfortable in distributed environments featuring multiple integrations.
• Capable of independently investigating and resolving production challenges.
• Strong communication abilities for discussing technical solutions with the team.
• Experience with Elasticsearch, including queries, aggregations, and indexing.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and OData APIs.
• Proficient in Docker, including image creation, Docker Compose, and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of Helm charts and Kubernetes manifests.
• Experience with feature flags for gradual rollouts.
• Familiarity with observability tools such as Application Insights, Grafana, Datadog, or similar platforms.
• Background in the education or CRM sectors.
• Experience in integrating legacy and modern systems.
• Knowledge of HPA, probes, and resource limits within Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with generative AI beyond coding assistants, including integrating LLMs into pipelines, RAG, and embeddings.
