Senior Backend Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Armenia.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with security researchers.

• Transform prototypes, scrapers, and research pipelines into scalable production systems.

• Take full ownership of projects from design through implementation, deployment, and maintenance.

• Develop systems that support open-source intelligence and security research initiatives.

• Design and construct scalable backend systems and data pipelines.

• Convert research prototypes into production-quality services.

• Work with extensive datasets and high-scale systems.

• Engage closely with security researchers and engineers.

• Ensure the reliability, performance, and maintainability of services.

• Contribute to architectural decisions and system design.

• Utilize AI/LLMs and automation tools to enhance engineering workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in backend development (Python, JavaScript, or similar).

• Proven experience in building and managing production SaaS services.

• Strong expertise with high-scale systems and large datasets.

• Capability to independently drive projects from start to finish.

• Experience in designing scalable architectures and data pipelines.

• A strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on building.

• Comfortable utilizing AI tools / LLMs in development processes.

• Experience in a cybersecurity startup is a plus.

• Knowledge of malware analysis or reverse engineering, including obfuscation, encryption, sandboxing, and time-bombs is a plus.
