Senior AWS Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with a Solution Architect to implement effective contact center solutions.

• Offer technical advisory assistance during business process evaluations and ascertain customer needs and workflows.

• Provide technical specifics and solutions for functional User Stories.

• Configure Salesforce Service Cloud Voice and Amazon Connect solutions.

• Create Solution Designs following best practices and programming standards.

• Lead a development team by allocating tasks and conducting code reviews.

• Deliver technical training and documentation for end-users.

• Assume the lead technical role on enterprise-level projects with little supervision.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical programming experience with Python, Java, C#, .NET, or Node.js.

• Proven experience in building integrations across various systems and REST APIs.

• Familiarity with JSON format and related services.

• Excellent troubleshooting and debugging abilities.

• Experience with CloudFormation and Lambda integrations.

• Background in implementing CI/CD or Infrastructure as Code.

• Nice-to-have: experience with WFM, CRM, and contact center solutions.

• Nice-to-have: experience with WebRTC, SIP, Contact Flow implementation, Lex integration, and contact center routing.

• Nice-to-have: advanced knowledge of AWS services and cloud architecture.

• Nice-to-have: familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud.

• Nice-to-have: understanding of Genesys, Cisco, Avaya, Twilio, or other contact center platforms.

• Nice-to-have: certifications such as AWS Cloud Practitioner, AWS Developer Associate or Professional, AWS Solutions Architect Associate or Professional, Salesforce Certified Administrator, or Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I.
