Senior AWS Connect Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and enhance solutions for voice and digital customer interactions utilizing Amazon Connect.

• Configure and optimize call routing, IVR, queues, and contact flows tailored to business needs.

• Facilitate omnichannel interactions that encompass voice, chat, email, and SMS.

• Integrate Amazon Connect with CRM systems and other enterprise applications.

• Develop and maintain integrations using AWS services such as Lambda, S3, CloudWatch, and IAM.

• Analyze business needs and convert them into scalable technical solutions.

• Troubleshoot production issues and implement sustainable improvements.

• Collaborate with stakeholders and both onshore and offshore delivery teams to ensure successful implementation.

• Assist with technical documentation, testing, deployment, and release readiness.

• Provide technical guidance and clearly communicate solution options, risks, and dependencies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in contact center technologies or customer service platforms.

• 2-3 years of hands-on experience with Amazon Connect.

• Strong understanding of call routing, IVR, queues, and omnichannel interactions across voice, chat, email, and SMS.

• Experience in integrating Amazon Connect with CRM systems and other enterprise applications.

• Proficient in analyzing business requirements and converting them into technical solutions.

• Familiarity with AWS services like Lambda, S3, CloudWatch, and IAM.

• Experience in diagnosing and resolving production issues.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work effectively with both onshore and offshore teams.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving abilities, and a sense of ownership in delivery.

• Knowledge of the healthcare domain is preferred.

• Possession of Amazon Connect and/or AWS Cloud certifications is a plus.
