Senior Associate, Social Media

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Develop, strategize, implement, and assess organic social media initiatives that align with segment-level business objectives and overarching brand strategies.

• Craft engaging post content while collaborating with segment leaders, functional team members, and creative professionals to produce impactful material.

• Monitor and report on specific channel goals, pinpointing areas for growth and opportunities for enhancement.

• Conduct social media monitoring and listening activities.

• Analyze brand sentiment and discussions surrounding the brand.

• Recognize engagement opportunities and potential business risks.

• Create weekly content plans and long-term campaign strategies.

• Propose innovative ideas and strategies.

• Ensure all content complies with company strategy, branding standards, and communication guidelines.

• Act as the social media liaison for a designated business segment.

• Collaborate effectively with strategic communicators, corporate communication teams, creative services, and other functional members.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in communications or marketing, or have achieved a Bachelor’s degree within the last 12 months.

• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.

• Proficient in Sprinklr or similar social media content and reporting management tools.

• Strong understanding of AP Style guidelines.

• Familiarity with new and emerging social media platforms and strategies.

• Demonstrated ability to plan, execute, and evaluate social media campaigns.

• Experience collaborating within a large cross-functional team and working with creative professionals.

• Capable of learning and executing technical tasks while adapting to new digital tools.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication capabilities.

• Experience in a dynamic communications environment.

• Background in the aerospace and defense industry is preferred.
