This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.
• Evaluate and process retail lending credit applications and proposals, including Badr Products, for approval or escalation within designated turnaround times (TAT).
• Assist in the implementation of front-end credit process automation across lending products to enhance customer experience and productivity.
• Regulate approvals in accordance with Credit Policy and Product parameters.
• Ensure the consistent application of credit policies, delivering quality underwriting decisions, and maintaining quality collateral documentation.
• Conduct supervisory credit reviews for RBG Products as required, adhering to standard operating procedures and Product Program Guidelines.
• Provide dependable backup support in the absence of the Team Leader/Assistant Manager.
• Facilitate the training and development of new team members.
• Review eligibility criteria, bank statements, historical data in Flexcube and Prime, and other systems using IRIS/MWS.
• Assess team productivity and propose enhancements.
• Undertake initiatives aimed at boosting unit productivity and improving retail lending products and credit policy.
• Engage in training, testing, process improvement initiatives, and system modifications.
• Identify exceptions related to eligibility, pricing, CPV, system information capture, and collateral compliance.
• Communicate any deficiencies and policy violations to the Team Leader/Assistant Manager.
• Classify cases as declined, rejected, or requiring deviation approval when checks do not meet requirements.
• Achieve daily productivity goals and adhere to committed turnaround times.
• Detect document anomalies and report them to the Fraud Prevention Unit.
• Recommend modifications to Credit Policy, Product Manuals, operational procedures, and risk controls.
• Collaborate with internal staff, Assistant Managers, onshore managers, Credit Investigators, Compliance, Sales, Branch staff, and other stakeholders.
• Approve cases within authorized approval limits and escalate cases that exceed eligibility criteria or credit score to Credit Supervisors.
• Review quality reports and implement corrective action plans.
• Ensure adherence to procedures and deliver error-free case processing.
• Bachelor’s degree with over 3 years of experience in a Credit Management environment.
• Strong analytical capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office tools for reporting purposes.
• Good computer skills.
• Ability to solve problems and work independently.
