Senior Associate Product Manager – Pharmacy Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Assist senior product leadership in outlining and prioritizing features, epics, and user stories for pharmacy network products.

• Conduct market and industry research and provide valuable insights from the findings.

• Collaborate with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to convert product requirements into technical specifications and user experiences.

• Engage in agile development processes, including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

• Identify conflicting initiatives, escalate issues, and aid in prioritization efforts.

• Evaluate product needs, track and analyze performance metrics, pinpoint areas for improvement, and guide product iterations.

• Assist in formulating and executing go-to-market strategies, encompassing internal training and external communications.

• Create, maintain, and enhance technical documentation, release notes, user guides, and process materials.

• Simplify complex technical concepts into clear, accessible content tailored for diverse audiences.

• Act as a subject matter expert for designated product areas and support sales, marketing, and customer success teams.

• Engage in customer discussions to identify opportunities and contribute insights for MVP product recommendations.

• Clearly articulate delivered value and contribute to P&L and/or P&L-related decisions.

• Contribute to the development of the product roadmap and strategy, including value proposition formulation, for the Pharmacy Network Solutions portfolio.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Business, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration) or equivalent practical experience.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in product management or a similar role within the healthcare technology or pharmacy sector.

• Fundamental understanding of pharmacy operations, prescription workflows, and the healthcare ecosystem.

• Knowledge of the NCPDP Telecom Standard.

• Proven ability to contribute throughout product development cycles and collaborate effectively with technical teams.

• Skill in writing, editing, and organizing technical content, such as product documentation, implementation resources, release communications, and knowledge base entries.

• Strong analytical abilities with the capacity to interpret data and provide data-driven recommendations.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the capability to clearly convey complex concepts.

• Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience with MadCap Flare or similar technical documentation authoring tools.
