Senior Associate Product Manager – Pharmacy Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Assist product leadership in identifying and prioritizing features, epics, and user stories for pharmacy network offerings.

• Conduct research on industry trends and market developments while providing valuable insights.

• Work collaboratively with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to convert product requirements into technical specifications and user experiences.

• Engage in agile development processes, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

• Recognize conflicting initiatives, escalate issues as necessary, and aid in prioritization efforts.

• Evaluate product requirements, track and analyze performance metrics, and pinpoint areas for enhancement.

• Support the creation and execution of go-to-market strategies, encompassing internal training and external communications.

• Develop, update, and enhance technical documentation, release notes, user guides, and process materials.

• Simplify complex technical concepts into easily understandable content for diverse audiences.

• Act as a subject matter expert for designated product areas and provide support to sales, marketing, and customer success teams.

• Engage in customer discussions and provide input for MVP product recommendations.

• Clearly communicate delivered value and contribute to profit and loss decisions.

• Aid in the development of the product roadmap, strategy, and value proposition for the Pharmacy Network Solutions portfolio.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Business, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration) or equivalent practical experience.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in product management or a related field within the healthcare technology or pharmacy sector.

• Basic understanding of pharmacy operations, prescription workflows, and the healthcare ecosystem.

• Knowledge of the NCPDP Telecom Standard.

• Proven ability to contribute to product development cycles and collaborate effectively with technical teams.

• Proficiency in writing, editing, and organizing technical content, including product documentation, implementation materials, release communications, and knowledge base content.

• Strong analytical abilities, with the capacity to interpret data and make data-informed recommendations.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of clearly articulating complex concepts.

• Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

• Experience with MadCap Flare or similar technical documentation authoring tools.
