📋 Description

• Facilitate engagement with suppliers

• Gather and integrate supplier quotations

• Assist in cost and pricing analysis

• Ensure procurement documentation is thorough and ready for audits

• Support compliance and management review initiatives

• Aid the Proposal Team within a centralized, cross-functional organization aimed at enhancing the supply chain proposal process

• Collaborate closely with the MPM and stakeholders across various functions

• Contribute to the delivery of high-quality, risk-averse, and fully compliant proposals that align with business goals

⛳️ Requirements

• Understanding of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) pertaining to procurement and proposal support

• Background in supporting proposals or procurement activities within a DoD setting

• Proficient in supplier quote collection, price analysis, and procurement documentation standards

• Capability to maintain well-organized, precise, and audit-ready records

• Skill in interpreting and applying purchasing policies, procedures, and compliance mandates

• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication abilities

• Capacity to work efficiently in a cross-functional team and support multiple proposal initiatives under tight deadlines

• Experience in backing management reviews and recording proposal decisions and actions

• Bachelor’s Degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience; or a Graduate Degree or equivalent with 0 to 2 years of relevant experience; or, alternatively, a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
