This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide support for all-domain large-scale weapon systems, Information Technology Systems, and Command and Control Systems for JADC2.

• Assist the ABMS Digital Infrastructure Processing Node team in the design and implementation of secure, scalable solutions.

• Coordinate procurement Bills of Material with Chief Engineers and the government for both hardware and software.

• Liaise with procurement companies and vendors, maintaining updates on purchase statuses.

• Manage and uphold the procurement tracker, ensuring its accuracy for reporting to the DIPN IPT and other stakeholders.

• Oversee, coordinate, and monitor bailment/loaner materials, including return dates, vendor agreements, and vendor collaboration.

• Support internal teams, programs, customers, and vendor/supplier meetings.

• Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers/vendors to address procurement challenges, such as delivery delays, quality issues, and invoice/payment matters.

• Work closely with Program Managers, domain engineers, and government counterparts across Government and Industry partners.


⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience or a master’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience is required.

• Additional years of relevant experience may be accepted in place of a degree.

• A Secret Clearance is required to start, with the capability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI.

• Experience in negotiating terms and conditions is essential.

• Proven experience supporting DoD programs.

• A successful history of interfacing with internal customers, other functional support staff, and suppliers/vendors.

• Proficiency in procurement and loaner/bailment tracking and reporting.

• Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills are necessary to work effectively with multiple disciplines, domains, contractors, government agencies, and other stakeholders.

• Must be capable of working independently, proactively establishing priorities, and meeting deadlines with minimal supervision.

• Excellent organizational skills are required.

• Familiarity with operating in an Agile environment is preferred.

• Knowledge of CoDev/JIRA is beneficial.

• Familiarity with IT hardware and software is necessary.

• Understanding of FAR/DFARS regulations.

• Experience working remotely is advantageous.
