📋 Description

• Develop and implement the outbound marketing strategy in line with the company's overarching business goals.

• Continuously conduct experiments to enhance funnel conversion rates while thoroughly assessing incremental impacts.

• Discover growth and efficiency opportunities by simplifying complex pipeline challenges into clear, actionable, and scalable solutions.

• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (Events, Marketing, Business Operations, and Sales) to prioritize initiatives based on data and research.

• Remain informed on industry trends, competitive environments, and emerging opportunities to consistently refine the strategic growth plan.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2.5–4 years of overall experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, demonstrating a strong adaptability to shifting problem statements.

• Demonstrated capability to tackle complex channel issues, think strategically, and drive execution with meticulous attention to detail.

• Strong data-driven decision-making abilities, with a high level of comfort in working with pipeline data.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience in leading or influencing cross-functional teams.

• Familiarity with outbound marketing best practices, including content, audience, and infrastructural nuances.
