This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and assist with intricate federal grants management operations.
• Coordinate various workgroups and cross-functional workflows, monitoring activities, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Aid in program planning, execution, oversight, and ongoing enhancement.
• Collaborate with federal program personnel, internal teams, subject matter experts, and various stakeholders.
• Utilize grants management systems and associated tools to monitor applications, awards, reporting, data, and program initiatives.
• Apply knowledge of federal grants processes and requirements to identify challenges, formulate solutions, and support program goals.
• Create and uphold work plans, schedules, status reports, meeting materials, documentation, and other program outputs.
• Lead meetings and workgroups, record decisions and action items, and ensure follow-through on commitments.
• Recognize risks, dependencies, and potential obstacles and communicate these to project leadership.
• Manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and deliverables in a dynamic consulting environment.
• Contribute to a cooperative consulting atmosphere and assist with additional project tasks as required.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
• Over 2 years of experience in supporting federal grants management or grant programs, including familiarity with grants management systems.
• More than 2 years of experience coordinating projects, workgroups, or program workflows with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to juggle competing priorities, deadlines, and deliverables effectively.
• 2+ years of experience in a consulting, federal agency, government program, or comparable setting.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, communication, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
• Capability to obtain a Public Trust Security Clearance.
