This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop a CRM campaign strategy that spans the customer lifecycle for both automation and ad hoc communications.
• Construct, conduct quality assurance, launch, and enhance retention marketing campaigns across email, push notifications, in-app messaging, and additional channels utilizing first-party platforms.
• Formulate campaign strategy briefs aligned with business objectives and audience behaviors.
• Identify the appropriate channel mix, audience targeting, and frequency of touchpoints for each program.
• Foster collaborative relationships with the Creative Studio, Promo Strategy, Product, Analytics, and Strategy teams.
• Oversee CRM reporting dashboards, track trends, and provide recommendations based on performance metrics.
• Keep abreast of best practices in email, push, and SMS marketing, sharing insights with the wider marketing team.
• Manage the complete campaign execution process, from channel strategy and audience planning to quality assurance, launch, optimization, and reporting.
• Assess the impact of initiatives on order rates and revenue.
• Assist in creative ideation and iteration, providing consultation on various customer-experience projects.
• Collaborate with strategy and operations, brand, product marketing, analytics, and Retention teams.
• Report to the Lifecycle Manager for USMP within Consumer Lifecycle Marketing.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in CRM or email marketing.
• Extensive knowledge of CRM technologies, including ESPs and marketing automation platforms.
• Analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent writing and communication capabilities.
• Basic understanding of SQL, HTML, and data visualization tools such as Tableau and Periscope.
• Familiarity with email industry best practices, including contact strategies, targeting and segmentation, A/B testing, and analytics.
• Highly organized, reliable, self-motivated, and capable of multitasking.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
