This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Assist in the formulation and implementation of strategic growth initiatives across key accounts and targeted markets.
• Discover opportunities for account expansion, cross-selling, and relationship enhancement in collaboration with account teams.
• Produce account overviews, growth strategies, competitive assessments, relationship diagrams, and account planning resources.
• Organize account planning efforts and ensure adherence to agreed-upon actions and growth targets.
• Implement growth-oriented programs that facilitate prospecting, account development, event follow-ups, and business expansion.
• Create scalable processes, templates, and best practices to enhance commercial execution.
• Participate in strategic events and growth initiatives that bolster pipeline development and account engagement.
• Prepare executive-level presentations, briefing documents, reports, and meeting agendas.
• Lead growth planning sessions, account evaluations, collaborative workshops, and stakeholder interactions.
• Document decisions, action items, and next steps while ensuring accountability and follow-up.
• Cultivate relationships with leaders across various industries, capabilities, and business functions.
• Coordinate strategic efforts involving multiple stakeholders.
• Evaluate account activities, pipeline trends, engagement metrics, and business development analytics.
• Generate dashboards, reports, and performance summaries to aid leadership in decision-making.
• Recognize trends, risks, and opportunities, translating insights into actionable recommendations.
• Enhance efficiency through automation, AI-driven workflows, and process refinement.
• Assist in the development and implementation of AI-enabled tools and resources for growth enablement.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Analytics, or a related discipline.
• 3-5 years of experience in sales enablement, account support, business development, consulting, marketing, program management, or related areas.
• Excellent executive communication and presentation abilities.
• Confident in engaging with senior leaders and capable of facilitating meetings independently.
• Strong project management, stakeholder management, and organizational competencies.
• Background in creating presentations, reports, and communications for executive audiences.
• Analytical perspective with the capability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
• Proficient in managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, collaborative setting.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
• Experience in consulting, professional services, or B2B sales environments.
• Knowledge of account planning, account-based growth strategies, or business development programs.
• Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Seismic, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Salesloft, Power BI, or similar commercial applications.
• Experience utilizing AI and automation tools to enhance business processes.
• Ability to influence stakeholders without direct oversight.
• Experience leading workshops, planning sessions, or cross-functional initiatives.
