Senior Associate, Business Operations – Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +16 more locations.

📋 Description

• Integrate within a key business sector: growth, product, AI and automation, or strategic partnerships

• Manage the analytical functions for the business unit from start to finish

• Identify business challenges, formulate hypotheses, and determine the analyses that will guide decisions

• Establish metrics and create reports

• Conduct analyses and design experiments

• Extract data insights that enhance critical business metrics

• Deliver recommendations to teams in product, growth, finance, or operations

• Clarify the current situation, reasons behind it, and suggest subsequent actions

• Propel initiatives and decisions through to implementation

• Collaborate with various teams across product, growth, technology, and operations

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 2 years of experience in a consulting firm, investment bank, or a rapidly growing technology company

• Strong analytical capabilities

• Proficient in independently extracting, structuring, and interpreting data

• Proven history of managing ambiguous challenges and creating impact

• Effective and persuasive communication skills

• Ability to influence high-level decisions

• Proficient in SQL or Python

• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada

• Must currently reside in an eligible area: Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, North Carolina, New Jersey, Nevada, New York, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Ontario, Canada
