This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of strategic planning, goal setting, and operational rhythm for the Care Operations division.
• Provide leadership to analysts and project managers through direct oversight, performance management, and professional growth.
• Create and implement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, ensure regulatory compliance, and improve the experience for both patients and providers.
• Oversee data analysis and operational reporting to identify trends, diagnose underlying issues, and develop scalable action plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to develop, test, and roll out standardized processes, project plans, and strategies for change management.
• Set up tracking frameworks, operational metrics, and performance dashboards to ensure accountability and maintain quality control.
• Build scalable operational infrastructure, document best practices, and establish mechanisms for continuous improvement.
• Undertake other responsibilities as assigned.
• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in business operations, management consulting, program management, or a related field within a healthcare or high-growth setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, healthcare administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Proven experience in managing direct reports, including analysts or project managers, and driving team performance.
• Demonstrated experience in leading comprehensive strategic project management, process improvement, and change management initiatives.
• Proficiency in writing and using SQL to query complex datasets and convert operational data into actionable insights.
• Capability to design, pilot, and implement scalable operational processes across cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in using data analysis and spreadsheet tools such as Excel and Google Sheets.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, address complex operational challenges, and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must not require employment visa sponsorship now or in the future.
