Business Operations Specialist – Live Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily live operations at Traba, ensuring that marketplace shifts are executed seamlessly.

• Prepare and troubleshoot in real-time to facilitate shift execution.

• Collaborate with the Territory Operations Manager to ensure daily operations align with customer requirements.

• Provide positive and trustworthy experiences for workers before, during, and after their shifts.

• Address worker support issues in a timely manner to uphold customer satisfaction.

• Communicate with and manage workers to meet the staffing levels demanded by clients.

• Ensure accurate recording of worker clock-in and clock-out times for payment processing.

• Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement, tooling enhancements, and product efficiency.

• Assist with forward-filling and worker-vetting initiatives as needed.

• Develop and continuously refine standard operating procedures.

• Acquire expertise in multiple internal systems.

• Support workers in utilizing the Traba app and address sensitive, complex user-facing platform issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a fast-growing company within customer success, business support, or a similar role.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple critical tasks, perform under pressure, and consistently meet deadlines.

• Strong ownership mentality and a robust work ethic.

• Positive and enthusiastic attitude with a strong sense of customer empathy and care for workers.

• Proficient customer management skills, including problem-solving, setting expectations, and nurturing customer relationships.

• Determination and readiness to engage in hands-on work.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Strong attention to detail while maintaining quick execution.

• Capacity to excel in a fast-paced and uncertain environment.

• Outstanding organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.

• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including early mornings, weekends, weekdays, and weeknights.
