Associate, Business Operations – Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +16 more locations.

📋 Description

• Become a part of the central Business Operations & Analytics team, integrating with growth, product, AI and automation, or strategic partnerships.

• Take ownership of the analytical function for a designated business unit from start to finish.

• Identify business challenges, clarify the decisions that each analysis will support, and critically assess flawed inquiries.

• Establish metrics and create reports.

• Conduct analyses and design experiments.

• Extract data insights that enhance key business metrics.

• Present actionable recommendations to teams in product, growth, finance, or operations.

• Articulate what is occurring, the reasons behind it, and suggest subsequent actions.

• Propel initiatives and decisions through to execution.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 1 year of experience in a consulting firm, investment bank, or a rapidly growing technology company.

• Strong analytical capabilities.

• Proficient in independently gathering, structuring, and interpreting data.

• Proven history of tackling ambiguous problems and creating meaningful impact.

• Excellent and persuasive communication skills.

• Ability to sway decisions at the leadership level.

• Comfortable working with SQL or Python.

• Legally permitted to work in the U.S. or Canada.

• Must currently reside in one of the eligible locations: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada.

• Familiarity with tools such as SQL (ClickHouse), Metabase, Python, JupyterHub, and GitHub.
