Business Operations Specialist – Live Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily live operations of Traba, ensuring that marketplace shifts are executed seamlessly.

• Prepare for and address operational challenges in real time.

• Collaborate with the Territory Operations Manager to cater to each customer's specific requirements.

• Guarantee positive and trusted experiences for workers throughout their shifts.

• Promptly resolve worker support issues to uphold customer satisfaction.

• Communicate with and manage workers to achieve necessary staffing levels.

• Ensure the accurate recording of worker clock-in and clock-out times for payroll purposes.

• Identify opportunities for enhancing processes, tools, and product efficiency.

• Assist with forward-filling and worker-vetting initiatives as needed.

• Develop and continuously refine standard operating procedures.

• Acquire proficiency in multiple internal systems.

• Support workers in utilizing the Traba app and address sensitive, complex user-facing platform issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience at a rapidly growing company in customer success, business support, or a similar role.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple critical tasks, work effectively under pressure, and consistently meet deadlines.

• Possess an ownership mentality and a strong work ethic.

• Maintain an enthusiastic and positive attitude, demonstrating strong customer empathy and care for workers.

• Skills in customer management, including problem-solving, setting expectations, and building relationships.
