📋 Description

• Collaborate with marketing, product, and business development teams to incorporate customer performance insights into strategies for user and partner acquisition.

• Direct the design, implementation, and evaluation of A/B testing for new and existing features.

• Derive essential insights to guide product and business strategies.

• Identify, comprehend, and experiment with mechanisms to enhance profitable and scalable user acquisition and partnership development.

• Spot opportunities for automating manual tasks and improving operational efficiency.

• Advocate for data-driven decision-making across vital business initiatives, including carrier expansion and the development of new products from inception to launch.

• Utilize advanced machine learning models to perform thorough analyses and influence growth strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in a quantitatively or intellectually demanding field is preferred.

• Over 2 years of management consulting experience from a prestigious firm such as McKinsey, Bain, or Boston Consulting Group, or pertinent business analysis/operations experience.

• High proficiency in SQL and/or executing complex data analyses.

• A systematic approach to problem-solving and first-principles reasoning.

• Capability to communicate effectively with a range of audiences from front-line staff to the executive team.

• Candidates must currently reside in an eligible U.S. state or Ontario, Canada.

• Must possess legal authorization to work in the U.S. or Canada.
